Cookie Policy

Last updated:

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on sracomconnect.com and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels and tracking scripts — work in comparable ways. They can be set by us (first-party) or by a third party whose service runs on the page.

2. What this site uses

  • Strictly necessary — Cloudflare Turnstile: set when you interact with our demo-request form, to tell humans from bots and protect the form from spam. The Site cannot offer a working form without it.
  • Strictly necessary — Cloudflare infrastructure: security and load-balancing identifiers set by our hosting and CDN provider.
  • Preferences — theme: your light/dark choice is kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is not a cookie, is never sent to us, and is not used for tracking.
  • Advertising — Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): sets cookies such as _fbp and sends Meta your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages and actions you take here (page views and demo-request submissions). We use it to measure how our advertising performs and to reach relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
  • We do not use general web-analytics cookies, and we do not sell cookie data.

3. How long they last

Security and bot-protection cookies are short-lived — typically minutes to a session. The Meta Pixel cookie lasts up to 90 days from your last visit unless you delete it earlier. Your theme preference stays until you clear your browser storage.

4. How to control them

  • Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, and offers a private-browsing mode. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the demo-request form working.
  • Meta advertising: adjust what Meta shows you and how it uses off-site activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and in the “Off-Facebook activity” settings.
  • Tracking protection: browser tracking protection or a content blocker will stop the Meta Pixel loading. Nothing else on the Site depends on it.

5. Application cookies

The Sracom CRM at app.sracomconnect.com uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in securely and to protect your session. It carries no advertising or analytics trackers.

6. Changes and contact

We update this policy when the technologies we use change; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
