How the price is built

Three things change between plans — your team, your volume and your modules — and nothing else. All of it is printed on the plan you pick, so the price you see is the price you pay, plus any tax.

Users and roles: How many people log in, and which roles you can give them. Starter adds team leaders, confirmation and follow-up agents; Growth adds every role except video editor — drivers, media buyers, admins and more; Scale adds every role. Each person gets their own account and their own role.
Orders and stores: How many orders flow through the CRM in a month, and how many stores feed it. Starter and Growth each carry a monthly order cap and a store cap, printed on each plan card; Scale has no cap on either.
Modules and storage: Every plan runs the core order workflow with inventory, cash flow and the media buying essentials. Growth adds barcode scanning for returns, full media buying, WhatsApp orders and commercial; Scale adds product research and video editing. Storage and Help assistant messages grow with each plan.
One monthly price: Team, volume and modules become a single monthly figure in USD. No per-call fees, no per-order surcharges, no surprise line items.

Free trial: 7-day free trial. Card required. $0 today — after 7 days we charge your plan’s price + any tax, then monthly. Cancel within the 7 days and you pay nothing. We e-mail you a day before your trial ends.
Currency and tax: Prices in USD, excluding tax. Tax is calculated and collected at checkout by Creem, our reseller. Checkout may show the amount in your local currency.
Cycle: Billed monthly in advance once the trial ends, renewing automatically each month until you cancel.
Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, offered by Creem at checkout.
Changing plan: Upgrade anytime: you pay the prorated difference immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid month.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Billing in your workspace or by emailing contact@sracomconnect.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
